How can I Purchase a Nuvia Doll?

Dolls are available every Friday @10am pst, If any babies are left on the site by the first few ours I will send an email to subscribers on my emailing list to get notified.  (link can be found at the bottom of the website) Dolls do SELL OUT super quick so please plan accordingly <3

Do you take custom doll orders?

No, I don't take custom order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I do ship worldwide. But If your country is not in the list please feel free to contact me so that I can list your country.

What are the prices of the dolls?

Prices for dolls will vary one by one depending on the detail, accessories it includes etc. starting price from $55.00 USD.

What age do you recommend to give my child a Nuvia doll?

From NB to big kid. However if you'd like one for an infant you may want a more simple "Softy Baby" with no hair.

Can I buy more clothes, for my Nuvia Doll?

Yes, when they are available they will be listed. I don't take custom orders for doll clothes. 

Refunds?

There are NO refunds sorry! (please check shipping address etc. before placing an order) *Please open your boxes very carefully do not use a blade! use scissors to open the sides on the box then rip the tape off with your hands so that your items are not damaged while opening with sharp objects* there will be no refund/return label issued what so ever so please be careful how you open your box/package Thank you <3

What is your TAT (turn around time)?

All accessories and Dolls will be ready to ship. Dolls are shipped out every Monday or if you order after a Monday it will take 3-5 business days to ship and 3-5 to receive your item.
